DISCLAIMER: before you read my notes, just FYI, I'm posting these notes to share my opinion, it's not meant to be overly critical. I always like post game evaluations because it helps me improve my game. Also, I'm well aware that this game was not a serious one for us, I think half of us were intoxicated: I was playing leblanc and fat fingering my flash; Wrayth was playing Teemo. We played for fun. However, since there is a replay of this game, I figured we may as well take advantage of it and see how our zoning/laning/ganking/pushing/positioning affects the other team. I am not upset about the outcome of this game, I think it was good to learn from.

A couple notes on how I felt about that game.
1) We're solid players during laning phase. There were a couple times when one of us would walk into a group of 3 or 4 of them and try to solo them. This would have been super fail if they had their shit together more early game.
2) Our transition into teamfight/late game needs work.
3) Judging from their comments over skype, our ganking was our greatest strength. Atamen's roaming Amumu in particular destroyed them.
4) After the 20 minute mark, 5 man group tower pushes must be prioritized over jungling and solo creep wave farming. Jungling and solo creep wave farming should only happen after we come out on top of a team fight and out number them on the map AND there are no immediate towers that can be taken down before their team is up. Any other time, it's PUSH PUSH PUSH.
5) 1:15:00 - 1:16:00 was the first time we got rocked. We lacked focus fire.
6) They transitioned into late game VERY far behind us and instead of playing defensive, they bought a shit ton of wards, stuck together and pushed out. That's the main thing that kept them in the game.
